Shipping Policy

At Nourish Hue we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping for all of our products. Below are the details of our shipping process.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

• Standard Shipping: We offer 3–5-day shipping for domestic orders.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

• Shipping Carrier: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

At this time, we only ship within The United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that while we strive to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nourishhue@gmail.com or via chat, and we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier or processing a replacement.
